"During my second pregnancy I noticed a lump protruding from
my belly button. It turns out I had a seperation of my abdominal
muscles. I was very concerned that I would need plastic surgery
to correct it, but after 2 short weeks of following the exercise
plan given by Mandy the lump was gone and my abdominal seperation

"I have been working on Mandy’s nutrition plan for about
10 weeks and so far I have lost about 19 pounds. I am also training
for a half marathon and would like to lose another 10-15 pounds.
I always struggled with my weight and although I had been successful
at losing weight before, none of the diets were reasonable to maintain
long term. Mandy’s nutrition plan is the most realistic diet/lifestyle
plan I have ever done because it was designed specifically for me
with my lifestyle, personal goals and tastes in mind. The changes
in diet like adding protein, whole grains and eating smart snacks
really makes you feel good about what you are doing for your body
and reinforces these choices. Within just one week, I was feeling
so energetic and my clothes were feeling looser. I have already
needed to buy pants two sizes smaller since I started. The plan
is very simple to follow. It was a real eye-opening experience once
I started following Mandy’s macro recommendations, food choice
suggestions, using a food scale, and keeping a food journal. I very
quickly learned what was really worth eating and what was not. The
plan is unbelievably easy and I was satisfied with what I was eating.
I was not overly hungry at all. Working with Mandy is like having
a good friend who happens to be a professional nutritionist and
fitness expert! She helped fine-tune my plan in the very early stages
to help me incorporate some of the changes that were more drastic
for me. Mandy also continues to provide unwavering support as I
continue to make progress. One of my favorite aspects is the new
recipes that Mandy provides every week. Both my husband and I have
tried them all and have loved every single one of them! I am confident
that not only will I be able to meet my goals but also will be able
to permanently improve my health long term. I would highly recommend
